When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is not merged with other data and is not evaluated for advertising purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no marketing or analytics cookies and embeds no tracking services. No profiling takes place.
Fonts
For a consistent appearance, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing and consistent presentation of the website). A transfer to the USA cannot be excluded; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
YouTube preview images
In the “Podcast & Interviews” section, preview images are loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. Videos are not embedded and only play once you actively click the link and move to YouTube. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting these contributions).
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, event topic) are stored and used to process your enquiry. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it the enquiry cannot be answered. The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Hosting and data processing
The website is hosted by a service provider that processes the data on our behalf on servers within the European Union. Details submitted via the contact form are stored in a database accessible only to the controller. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all service providers used.

This website links to external services, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon and the booking page of Expert Marketplace. The respective providers' privacy notices apply to data processing on those sites. Data is only transmitted once you actively click the relevant link.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data. Please contact matrix@icaa.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
